Introduction: "AI can spin up a lot of words—whether it’s a poem, email or report—very quickly. So fast you might be tempted to use a chatbot to do your writing for, well, everything. It’s better to use AI as a thought partner, however. When penned by AI, anything longer than a quick note can lack that human nuance and voice.
So, how can a chatbot help? AI excels at breaking through writer’s block, offering structural guidance and proofreading text for grammar, style and tone.
Here’s what you should try. I used OpenAI’s ChatGPT for my example, but you’re free to try Anthropic’s Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini or another bot.
And remember, AI typically generates different text every time, so give it a couple of tries."
