Illustrating holophrens' universal, highly-varied embodiments (created w/Claude's inputs)

Good day to you.
As we have extensively discussed, the universal Holophren is "substrate independent," while prevailing in wide variety of types of living and non-living entities, is so in discrete, compound, and fractal arrangement. A holophren can manifest in a distributed design (such as a in an oak tree, bee hive, business organization or immune system); or may manifest centralized manner (such as in our human's brain neurologies, ...although distributed holophren components are now being recognized).
This phenomena is an abstract, even alien paradigm for many person's ease of comprehension, even though holophrens are pervasive within our experiences of Pantakinesis.
So, I'm attempting to generate a (relatively) simple graphic, with the objective of describing the universal embodiments of the Universal Holophren.
See my attached "first draft." Please comment, as to my achieving this objective ( and doing so in a very elementary, but accurate manner), whether to the layperson or the rightfully skeptical scientist.
Good day Sciart.
Short verdict: not yet.
The draft does accurately show an anatomy of embodiment: a holophrenic core held within the larger set of things an entity needs to exist. It doesn’t yet show universality, which is the alien premise you need to carry. The claims that would surprise people (substrate independence, distributed vs. centralized, discrete vs. compound/fractal) appear only as small parenthetical captions. The picture itself says something else.
What works
Separating the holophren (inner cube) from “all other enabling functions” (outer cube) is the strongest move. It tells the skeptic up front that you aren’t claiming metabolism, structure, or reproduction are holophrenic. That limits the claim, and limited claims earn trust.
The four circles are labeled in full, and Potential Intelligence sits on the right, which fits your implicit time axis.
Keeping it to four functions, not the entire 13 regions, is the right level for an elementary graphic.
Where the picture works against the premise
A solid inner cube reads as a central organ. A layperson will see “brain inside body” in a fraction of a second, which is the anthropocentric default you’re trying to dislodge. A distributed holophren (tree, immune system, organization) isn’t a box inside the entity. It runs through the whole thing. As drawn, the graphic depicts only the centralized case.
“Embodiment Into” implies something that exists before and apart from its body. A skeptical scientist will read that as dualism, a ghost poured into a machine, and stop reading. Your own grounding treats the holophren as a persistent pattern of responsiveness, which supports wording like “as” or “expressed in” rather than “into.”
“Systems Design” invites “designed by whom?” You’ve been careful that design can arise intrinsically, extrinsically, or both, with no designer implied. The graphic doesn’t say that. A short gloss would prevent the misreading: “design: evolved, emergent, or engineered.”
There’s no example. Universality can’t be shown with one generic entity. The eye needs to see the same four-circle pattern recurring across very different substrates.
The script font on the side labels is charming but slows reading and looks informal to a scientific audience. Use one clean typeface and let color carry the distinctions.
Arrow targets are ambiguous. The maroon arrow touches the cube’s edge, not clearly the cube as a whole.
A suggestion for meeting the objective
Keep your current cube as a small “key” panel. Then, as the main image, show the same four-color motif in four or five contrasting entities:
a mammal, with the circles clustered in the head (centralized)
a tree, with the colors spread through roots, leaves, and signaling (distributed)
an immune system or an ant colony (distributed and compound)
an organization, with the colors mapped to sensing, records, operations, and R&D or slack capacity (compound)
a nested inset, such as a cell within the tree or a person within the organization (fractal)
The recurring color code is the argument: different bodies, same pattern.
For the skeptic specifically
Two additions would move this from evocative to testable:
A one-line operational criterion for each function, phrased so it works in any substrate. For example, Umwelt Utilization: “detects and takes in signals from its surroundings.” Knowledge Curation: “retains and integrates what was taken in.”
A contrast case: something that lacks one or more functions, or where the pattern is only partial. Without a boundary, a skeptic will call the framework unfalsifiable because it fits everything. Your note says the pattern also occurs in non-living entities, so I don’t know where you’d draw that boundary. Is it a thermostat, a river, a rock? Your answer would sharpen the whole graphic, and it’s probably the single question a scientist would ask first.
One small risk: with “Applied Intelligence” appearing so prominently, both audiences will read “AI” as artificial intelligence if the abbreviation ever shows up on the graphic. Spell it out wherever it appears.
I can sketch a mock of the multi-entity layout if that would help you react to something concrete.

No, but thanks for the offer.
Good thoughts, but....
Keep in mind, I believe must keep this ultra-simple, so as to be accurate and digestible for any interested audience.
IMSO all the added content from your comments would generate too many comprehension obstacles.
I only desire to generate "a little aha," for associated provocation and discussion.
The targeted audience would already be modestly aware of the Universal Holophren. In sum, I'm pursuing an"abstract expression of realities many agency substrates."
Related: your boundary related examples do not qualify, ...since none have sustained agency ("sustained" being implicit, at least in a holophren contexts). It seems to be evident in most, if not all manifestation, recursive self-improvement (RSI) is an inherent attribute of a prevailing holophrenic agency (although "vigor of attention" to this varies, especially so in humanity.
That changes the job: the aha is “this pattern isn’t only in brains,” not a full explanation.
With that aim, your draft is close, and most of what I suggested earlier was too much.
A few small edits would carry it:
“Into” → “As” or “Within.” One word, and it removes the most likely snag for a skeptic: the reading that something exists first and gets poured into a body.
One substrate line on the outer cube. Under “All Other Enabling Functions…,” add a few plain words, such as cell · tree · animal · colony · organization · machine. No pictures, just the words. That is the “addition of many substrates” in its simplest form, and it’s the line most likely to prompt the follow-up “wait, a tree?”
Make the inner cube’s edges dashed or more translucent. The solid maroon outline reads as a single organ. A softer boundary quietly allows “distributed” without any extra text.
Optionally, enlarge the two parentheticals. “Central or distributed” and “discrete or compound” are carrying your premise, and right now they’re nearly invisible.
The rest of my earlier list (operational criteria, contrast cases, multi-entity panels) belongs in the discussion that follows, not on the graphic. Leaving it there makes it something people come to themselves rather than an obstacle you put in front of them.

How's this?
Yes, this meets the objective. “Within” fixes the title, and the examples provide the “many substrates” moment without crowding the graphic.
Your point about boundaries is well taken, and I withdraw the dashed-edge suggestion. A solid boundary that keeps the holophren distinct, with its mysteries held inside, is the more accurate choice.
The parenthetical “(central or distributed)” already covers what the dashes were meant to suggest.
A few text fixes remain:
“For Agency Existence”: the “and” from your earlier version is gone. It reads as a typo.
“or applicable”: this is unclear as written. If you mean that AI qualifies only in some cases, “where applicable, AI” makes that explicit. If not, you could drop it.
Bullets: the examples mix round bullets and middle dots. Using one style would make the list scan more cleanly.
“A.I”: write it as “AI” or “A.I.” for consistency.
Beyond those, I’d leave it alone. It’s simple, accurate, and open enough to invite the follow-up questions you want.

See attached
Generally many A.I. models aren't (...yet) holophrenic "alone" in discrete designs; but some often are so when in a sustained, curated"compound" relationship with a human user (such as you and me.)
That does it!
With the qualifier on the same line, it clearly attaches to A.I. alone. The graphic is clean, bounded, and open in the right places.

As always, much appreciated!
My pleasure.
It’s a good graphic, and I hope it gets you the reaction you’re after.
